Pizza, the All-American food! Everyone loves pizza — which is why it’s one of the foods people miss the most on a gluten-free diet.

Follow these easy directions for a mouth-watering pizza that you, your family, and your guests will love!  I serve this pizza at parties and my (non gluten-free) guests are delighted to have homemade pizza — not even noticing (or caring that it is gluten-free.

Try it for yourself and see if you agree — this is one of the most authentic-tasting gluten-free pizzas you’ve ever eaten.

Preheat oven to 425°. Mix dough with electric mixer. If mixer bounces around, add water (1 tablespoon at a time) until it doesn’t resist beaters. Dough should be soft.

Blend ingredients with a food processory until mixture forms soft ball.

Place dough on lightly greased 12-inch nonstick pizza pan. Liberally sprinkle dough with rice flour.
Press dough to edges of pan with your hands, continuing to sprinkle dough with flour to prevent sticking to your hands. Make edges thicker to contain the topings.
Bake 10 – 15 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
Remove from oven and add toppings, using a thick pizza sauce such as the recipe with the pizza crust on this web site.
Remove pizza from oven. Cut into 6 slices with pizza cutter and enjoy!
